The PCL-R7 Custom L-Bracket for Canon EOS R7 from Sunwayfoto is a single-piece design that is CNC machined from T6061 aluminium with a Type-III hard-anodized finish for durability. The Arca-type L-bracket can mount in both a vertical or horizontal orientation, and dual safety stops are located on the bottom of each axis as a precaution against the L-bracket from sliding out if the quick release clamp is partially opened by accident.
The camera mounts to the bracket via a 1/4"-20 male threaded screw, and the anti-twist lip on the plate prevents any movement between the camera and the bracket. A rubberized traction pad further minimizes movement and protects the base of the camera from scratches and abrasions. The camera's ports are completely accessible including the battery chamber, and the tilting and rotating LCD screen is not blocked. The camera can be positioned laterally on the bracket to allow cables to be attached for tethering.
