Angelbird also built the USB Type-C port with Solid Connect recessed connectivity, which helps to ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfers, as well as protect against cable wear and tear. Lastly, a built-in write-protect switch helps protect the content on your CFast 2.0 media from being accidentally erased.

Single CFast Memory Card Reader Meets Modular Design

Angelbird's framework was simple - create a CFast 2.0 memory card reader that could adapt to their workflow and malfunction because it was part of a failed multi-card unit. Inspired by the functionality of mid-century modular design, like those stacking shelves you had in college, Angelbird developed a professional-grade, singular CFast card reader that stacks seamlessly with their other card reader models, while still maintaining the freedom to move around as you please.

Improved Protection, Minimalist Design

It is said that the inherent benefit of minimalism is mental clarity and peace of mind. With clean lines and a sleek aluminium housing, Angelbird's Solid Stack CFast single card reader helps protect your data against energy surges and extreme environmental conditions such as x-rays, freezing temperatures, or the blazing hot sun. It looks great, is very durable, and offers the mental clarity of knowing that your creative work is protected.

C(Very)Fast Card Reader

By supporting unrestricted offloading speeds, Angelbird's CFast single card reader will get you moving on your post-production workflow without the painful wait. But its true advantage, however, may just lay with the versatility of its Solid Connect recessed connectivity port, which helps ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfers, while protecting against cable wear and tear. It is even physically and electrically compatible with Thunderbolt 3, along with past and present connection standards and interfaces like 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 Gen 2, USB Type-C to Type-C, and USB Type-C to Type-A.
