Chain Guide

Made of robust enhanced Nylon, the chain guide ensures the loaded chain operates smoothly. RH-1000 / RH-500

The forward-curve shape of enhanced Nylon keeps the chain in the central position

Hook

Upper and lower hooks can swivel 360 degrees and are equipped with safety latches to enhance the loading safety.

The connection plate manufactured from high strength steel to ensure excellent safety.

Mechanical Overload Device

If generated torque is beyond the friction torque limit, the overload mechanism will trigger. This will ensure the motor keeps running but the slipping clutch will prevent the hoist from further lifting for the sake of safety.

Mechanical Overload Device

The overload gear is made of alloy steel with heat treated steel for steady operation and minimal wear. Fine-ground gears provide precise engagement and quiet operation.

Gear Limit Switch (LVC Version Only)

It can be helpful to set upper and lower limits to range of rig positions. Setting the chain travelling limits can preventthe chain hoist from over winding and damage.

Electromagnectic Disk Brake

The electromagnetic disk brake will brake while the power is off, ensuring operational safety while under load.

Magnetic Contactor & Clutch Adjustment

High performance fuse circuit breakers are fastened in a rotatable bracket for easy maintenance and inspection.

The clutch torsion can be adjusted through a torque tool by a qualified technician. They are designed to be easy to access and calibrate.

Alloy Chain

Kupo recommends the use of premium quality and high strength alloy chain, which is heat treated, used in a variety of sling and tie down applications. For overhead lifting applications, only Grade 80 alloy chain should be used.

Rubber Block

The included rubber blocks have a 5mm perforated hole, to allow a cable tie to anchor the rubber block onto the chain tightly fand to prevent slipping. The palm-size rubber block is also handy to grip and slide the chain. The rubber blocks are desiged for frequent use without causing damage to the chain links.

Epoxy black powder coated chassis is corrosion resistant> The use of fine gaskets and superior mechanical design results in the complete unit being IP54 rated.

The enhanced nylon chain leading plate ensures the chain links properly feed into the lift wheel, and eliminates the possibility of jamming, as well as protects the lift wheel from water and dirt ingress.

The heavy-duty DC brake automatically engages in the event of a power failure, requiring very little maintenance and only minor periodic adjustments.

The hook are made of drop-forged high tensile heat treated steel, allow 360 degree swiveling, and are equipped with a safety latch to ensure proper rigging of the load.

Equipped with duty cycle ED 40% high efficiency, lightweight and robust motor, the Rigpro chain hoist is ensured to run quietly and reliably.

This igpro chainhoist operates on three phase voltage of 400V/50Hz, and LVC is 110V as standard. Other voltage for DC and LVC version are available upon request.

Conforms to FEM 2m / ISO M5 classification, covering a wide range of applications.

Average operational noise is 75dB.
