Sigma 16mm F/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens

The 16mm f/1.4 DC DN lens from Sigma's Contemporary series is designed for comfortable wide-angle photography with an ultra-fast maximum aperture. Its bright f/1.4 maximum aperture makes it perfect for low-light conditions and provides increased control over the depth of field for selective focus control.

The lens has an optical design that includes low dispersion and aspherical elements which help to control colour fringing and various aberrations, making it highly sharp and clear throughout its aperture range. Additionally, the lens has a super multilayered coating that reduces flare and ghosting, providing more excellent contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions. This lens also has a stepping AF motor for quick, quiet, and smooth focusing performance that is suitable for both still photography and video applications.
